• Meeting with the Installation Manager to review previous work and today's scope
• Arriving on time at the customer's home and providing exceptional service
• Receiving real-time coaching/support
• Having parts/material delivered to you for efficiency
• Collecting payment from the customer
• Preparing for the next day’s install

WHAT WE DO:
All residential HVAC, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. Customer service to us means caring enough to present options for homeowners and giving them the power of choice.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems with clients' HVAC systems
• Recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job
• Keep the company vehicle clean on both the inside and the outside
