HVAC Service EngineerResponsible for providing accurate and timely service of HVAC equipment.
Essential Duties- To provide accurate and timely service of HVAC equipment as directed
- Perform general maintenance of HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot / repair / maintain HVAC systems
- Provide Service Operations with daily time and service tickets
- Maintain skill levels as required
- Additional duties as assigned
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required
- Completion of 5 year apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Must have minimum 1 Journeyman license within MD, DC, VA. Must have Journeyman licenses within MD and DC within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 1-5 years experience in commercial HVAC industry
- Must have CFC certification
- Experience with airside and chillers is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Able to climb ladders, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Lift a minimum 50lbs frequently, and able to work indoors and outdoors through seasonal changes
- Ability to safely drive a commercial van loaded with tools, frequent visits to job sites
