Are you looking for an awesome opportunity to share your love and passion for swimming? Do you want to make a difference in the community and teach a life saving skill? Swim Labs Swim School is looking for a few enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic people to join our team. We teach lessons to all ages and abilities in a unique environment of warm-water pools using visual feedback and we are looking to add learn-to-swim instructors as well as coaches with a strong background in competitive swimming to our award winning swim school and.

We will provide training on our proprietary Swim Labs curriculum so you can teach lessons to all ages and abilities, including group and private lessons. We compensate you for the training hours--online and shadowing. We will also reimburse you for your initial successful lifeguard certification course.

In return, we ask you to commit to teaching a minimum of two weeknights (4-8pm) and one weekend (9am-1pm). The ideal candidate has a welcoming, bright personality, professional appearance, is very well organized, punctual and with a positive can-do attitude. You should be forward-thinking, have common sense, and most importantly - be dependable. We will rely on YOU to help run our business so dependability is a must!

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend availability

• Are you available to teach between 8 and 24 hours/week on weekdays from 4-8pm and/or weekends from 9am-1pm?

• swimming: 1 year (Preferred)

• Lifeguard Certification, or are you willing/able to obtain (Required)
