An opportunity for a fixed‑term post for 12 months has arisen in the Community Admin Team. You must have excellent secretarial skills, including minute taking, a calm telephone manner and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages. An SVQ/NVQ 3 Administrative qualification or equivalent level of experience in a similar administration role is required. A driving licence and own car are required.
In addition to the required secretarial skills this role offers the opportunity to learn and use different systems. You will work with the P&CS Community Admin Team Lead, the P&CS Admin Supervisor and the Community & P&CS Community clinical staff.
This role may require a criminal records check. If assessed as a regulated role, it will be subject to the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
