Galashiels Support Workers
Earn up to £24,307.67 per year pro rata.
Full time: 37 hours per week. Part time: 16 hours per week.
The Galashiels service provides support to individuals within Galashiels and the surrounding towns with activities such as horse riding, golf, bowling and tennis. This enables our supported people to live full lives and be involved in the different local communities around the Borders.

Responsibilities- Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people.
- Communicating and working well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
- Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system.

Previous experience of the following is an advantage but not essential, as Ark will provide full training:
