A well-established family-run home improvements company is looking for an experienced Joiner / Head Installer to take the lead on high-quality window, door, and bespoke joinery installations.

If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in top-class workmanship and wants long-term stability with a respected local business, this could be the role for you.

• Installing timber & PVC windows and doors to a high standard

• Leading installations on site and overseeing jobs from start to finish

• Measuring up, preparing materials, and coordinating deliveries

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional site

• Providing excellent customer service and acting as a key company representative

• Proven experience in joinery and window/door installation

• Confident working independently and leading a small crew

• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Good understanding of Health & Safety and industry standards (GGF knowledge preferred)
