• Verify insurance benefits, eligibility, and obtain authorizations when necessary.
• Collect deposits, co‑pays, and deductibles.
• Educate patients and families about patient rights and advanced directives, and provide patient guides.
• Demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to service that aligns with the healthcare team’s mission.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate’s degree is preferred.

• Computer proficiency required.
• Medical terminology experience preferred.
• Billing and/or collection experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills are a must.
