As a Physician Assistant, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of adult and geriatric patients, including medical history, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Administer and order necessary point-of-care and lab-based testing.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide services in the comfort of patients’ homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Document findings and follow up on care plans according to Matrix guidelines.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP or PA licensure.
• Current NP or PA licensure in your state, including prescription authority.
• Board certification in relevant specialties (Adult, Family, etc.).
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (new grads are encouraged to apply!).
• A valid state driver's license and proof of adequate automobile insurance.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with medical record software.

• Flexibility: Schedule visits based on your availability, with assessments conducted from 8 am to 7 pm, seven days a week.
