How You ll Contribute- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who excels in this role: the family care center staff nurse provides quality care to our customers and performs those functions delegated and assigned by the center s head nurse.
- Is familiar with and follows HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Maintains record keeping of appointments, orders, reports, films, and requisitions.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service through attitude and actions, consistent with the Vision, Mission, and Values of the organization.
- The Licensed Practical Nurse performs a variety of functions. They are responsible for administering nursing care, medications and assisting physicians with procedures and monitoring as designated by the supervising or ordering physician.
- Graduation from a school of nursing in practical nursing required.
- Current VA LPN license required.
- BLS required.
