• Supervise and coordinate care in a manner that ensures patient needs are met efficiently and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Apply the Nursing Process of Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation safely and effectively.
• Provide care across all age groups, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Use Paragon applications (Electronic Medical Record) and other computer systems for patient care.

Location:

Virginia, United States.

• Registered Nurse with current RN license required.
• BLS required upon hire.
• ACLS, PALS, and Advanced Stroke Course required within 6 months of hire.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) preferred.
• At least two years of clinical experience required in critical care, ED, PACU, or similar.
• Must respond within 60 minutes if placed on call.
