. This full‑time / part‑time role is based in Galax, VA, where you will bring the T‑Mobile brand to life through energy, excitement, and a world‑class customer experience.

• Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing loyalty and a customer‑centric experience.
• Help customers finish their shopping journey—online, in‑store, or via Customer Care—by offering right‑fit solutions.
• Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in a hands‑on way.
• Side‑by‑side sell personalized plans and accessories beyond core devices.
• Use digital tools during interactions to illustrate coverage and service benefits.
• Complete T‑Mobile in‑store, new‑associate training and stay current on products and processes.
• Maximize shift time by learning about wireless innovations and customer trends.
• Handle cash and perform store operations as required.
• Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and hand off business leads.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

• Passion for customer advocacy and a desire to be authentic in your interactions.
• Competitive drive with proven success in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders while resolving customer issues.
• Balancing customer needs with performance goals.
• At least six months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
