Produce Helper

• Provide efficient and courteous customer service, supporting the company mission to “Run the Best Store in Town!”
• Maintain a positive, friendly and fun atmosphere through flexibility and teamwork.
• Electronically greet customers and deliver prompt, courteous service.
• Assist the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products for processing.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and quality.
• Clean the department according to company standards, including shocking green‑leaf vegetables.
• Unload trucks and break down product as needed.
• Follow the company food‑safety program.
• Keep the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean; sanitize and clean at least twice a day.
• Attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts and comply with time‑and‑attendance policies.
• Perform any additional duties as required (e.g., core pineapple handling).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks, and interact with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts and comply with time‑and‑attendance policies.
