Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) is located in Galax, Virginia, at the center of the Twin Counties of Grayson and Carroll in Southwest Virginia. TCRH is a 141‑bed facility that includes acute care, ambulatory care and emergency services. It serves a large Medicare population and a total population of approximately 60,000 residents within a 100‑mile radius.

• Installs, repairs, and maintains plant plumbing systems including domestic hot/cold water, sewer and drain systems, and their related equipment.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains other plumbing‑related systems such as hydronic and steam‑heated systems, chilled‑water cooling systems, lawn sprinkler systems, and their related equipment.
• Troubleshoots problems in plumbing and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Reads, interprets, and utilizes blueprints and schematics as required.

• Valid plumbing license as required by state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of a 2‑year vocational/specialized training program.
• 3 years related work experience.
