Your Role:As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for instructing and supporting students with special needs across various locations in Illinois. Your expertise will help create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to education.
- Utilize innovative teaching techniques to engage and empower students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license or LBS1 certification for Special Education Teaching.
- Demonstrated experience working with children in a school setting, especially those with special needs.
