We have an opening for a highly motivated analytical individual to join us in our firm. In general, the entrepreneurial individual who successfully qualifies and is selected for this career opportunity will work within a team of Financial Advisors whose goal is to successfully help their clients achieve financial goals.

The Financial Professional is a key member of our team. After achieving the licenses and registrations necessary to become a Financial Professional in our Career Development Program (“CDP”), your typical day may include:

• Developing relationships with clients (both existing and prospective)
• Gathering client information and using that information to build robust financial plans
• Helping clients prepare for their retirement
• Preparing and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations

Because of our comprehensive training and development program, no prior knowledge of the financial services industry is required, but prior exposure to the industry and the career is a plus.

• Develop relationships with clients (existing and prospective)
• Build comprehensive financial plans using client data
• Prepare clients for retirement and life events
• Recommend and review investment portfolios

• Self‑starter with strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales, networking or client acquisition experience is a plus
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Life‑long learner seeking continued education
• College degree or equivalent work experience; high school diploma or GED acceptable

Pre‑Contract CDP Affiliate phase: study toward FINRA and state licenses; company covers fees and study materials. Part‑time employment compensation initially $15/hour. Full‑time Financial Professional Associate earned commission and bonus basis, average first‑year compensation $50,000‑$75,000. Eligible FPAs may enroll in 401(k) and participate in company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans; paid leave available.
