Base pay range: $61,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr (Actual pay based on skills and experience).
Hours7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, 10-Month School Calendar. May require local travel to other Menta locations.

Responsibilities- Employ data-based decision-making regarding multidisciplinary collaboration, functional behavior assessments and behavioral approaches.
- Build leadership to effectively help students succeed.
- Develop positive behavioral and academic interventions.
- Monitor and report student progress and complete evaluations, program evaluations, and consult with educational staff, parents, and other professionals.
- Some local travel to other Menta locations may be necessary at times.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative and data analysis abilities.
- Creative thinker who can develop a wide range of interventions meeting the needs of a diverse student population.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate)
- Certified School Counselor (IL PEL Certificate)
- MSW with LSW or LCSW
- LCPC, LPC
