As a Dietary Manager, you will plan, direct, control, and supervise functions and personnel within the dietary department. You will safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health.

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) preferred
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting (required)
• Certification in food safety, as required by state regulations
• Professional image in appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
