• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) license
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification is required
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
• Weekend Warriors are considered Part-time (regularly scheduled less than 30 hours per week). In the event a Weekend Warrior consistently works full-time hours, they will be considered a full-time employee and will be removed from the Weekend Warrior Program.
• MANDATORY SCHEDULE FOR Weekend Warriors: Weekend Warriors must work both weekends each pay period to be eligible for the Weekend Warrior Program (four shifts, 1 each Saturday and 1 each Sunday).
