Allure of Galesburg – Hiring LPN/RN – Weekend Warrior
Base pay range: $30.00/hr – $37.00/hr.

- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) license
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification is required
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.

- Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Supervise and support a team of CNAs to deliver optimal care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
- Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
- Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
- Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
- Weekend Warriors are considered Part‑time (regularly scheduled less than 30 hours per week). In the event a Weekend Warrior consistently works Full‑time hours, they will be considered a full‑time employee and will be removed from the Weekend Warrior Program.
MANDATORY SCHEDULE For Weekend Warriors:
Weekend Warriors must work both weekends each pay period to be eligible for the Weekend Warrior Program (four shifts, 1 each Saturday and 1 each Sunday).
