• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,560–$2,750

• Charting System:
Epic Care Inpatient – EMR 2014 Certified EHR Suite
Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or compact state

• BLS certification (AHA required)

• Minimum 1 year of recent cardiac stepdown or cardiovascular intensive care experience

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients

• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in cardiac patient conditions

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
