• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Allure of Lake Storey is seeking a caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
• Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure resident privacy, dignity, and HIPAA compliance
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and IV site care as needed
• Promote a calm, respectful, and safe care environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current, unencumbered Illinois LPN license
• CPR Certification required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
