Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years Medical Surgical experience required

• Travel experience required - no first-time travelers accepted

• Telemetry experience required

• Ohio or compact state nursing license required

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS

• Must be willing to float to all three campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion)

• Call required - must arrive at hospital within 1 hour when called in

• Epic experience preferred

• Skills include: MS/Telemetry, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response/Code teams, peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions, portable oxygen tank

• Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required to be completed pre-start through Health Stream

• No time off approved for major holidays or days during holiday weeks

• Smoke-free facility and campus

• Must provide two recent supervisory references

• Clean employment history required - no prior terminations or contract cancellations
