The assembler performs workstation or line‑assembly operations, assembling components into a complete product.

• Perform daily preventative maintenance.
• Execute a variety of highly repetitive hand operations to assemble components or units, maintaining tolerances as established.
• Operate mechanized assembly machinery using hand or power equipment.
• Conduct final assembly and in‑process quality inspection of the end product.
• Demonstrate ability to operate all machines in the department at specified rates.
• Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Work in accordance with the documented Quality System, ensuring products and services meet the customer’s specified requirements.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area using the 5S process and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other reasonable work‑related tasks as required by management.
• Work different shifts, hours, overtime, and weekends when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience; minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. Must have basic reading, math skills, and ability to follow instructions.
