We’re hiring experienced RN-Med Surg for a 13-week contract in Galion, Ohio — earn up to ($2031 - $2138 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in patient care.
• Engage in performance evaluations and set personal goals for improvement.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
• Assist in achieving departmental targets and contribute to team success.
• Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate patient information.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Experience in Med Surg nursing, preferably in a travel role.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Understanding of safety and infection control protocols.
• Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and environments.
• Ability to set personal goals and engage in performance evaluations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Experience in patient education and health management.
• Willingness to participate in quality improvement initiatives.
