Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical setting across multiple campuses.
• Float to all three campuses as needed, including Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including compliance and safety protocols.
• Complete required modules through Health Stream prior to start date.
• Respond to on-call assignments, arriving within one hour if called in.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent, continuous Medical Surgical experience.
• Valid state RN license; pending licenses not accepted.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Compact license or Ohio license preferred.
• Must be willing to float to all campuses.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Epic EMR experience.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
