• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780-$1910

• On Call:
Required; must be able to arrive within 1 hour if called in

• Orientation: 16 hours
Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Ohio or compact state RN license (no pending licenses)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Prior travel nursing experience required (no first-time travelers)

• Epic charting experience preferred

• Willingness to float to all campuses (Galion, Ontario, Bucyrus)

• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)

• Smoke-free healthcare facility and campus

• Completion of up to 8 hours of pre-start modules via Health Stream

• Holiday time off requests not approved
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit

• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias in a clinical setting

• Implement isolation precautions and manage oxygen administration (nasal cannula, portable tanks)

• Perform non-invasive airway management and peripheral IV line care

• Respond promptly to rapid response and code team activations

• Float to Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion campuses as needed

• Participate in on-call rotation and arrive within 1 hour when called

• Complete all required orientation and training modules prior to assignment start
