Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years medical-surgical experience required

• Must hold Ohio nursing license or compact state license

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS

• Must be willing to float to all three campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion)

• Call required - must arrive at hospital within 1 hour when called in

Skills required:

interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, MS/Tele, oxygen administration, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, peripheral line care/management, use of rapid response/code teams, portable oxygen tank

• Epic experience preferred

• Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required to be completed pre-start through Health Stream

• Smoke-free facility and campus

• Maximum 7 days of requested time off will be approved

• No holiday time off requests will be approved

• Valid state license required - pending licenses not accepted
