Assistant Manager

Overview

We are looking for future managers! Domino's is hiring store managers, or as we like to call you, Assistant Manager. You will be the second in command of a million-dollar business and grow to become THE boss. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. This position is 5 days per week, most weekends. You will need skills including judgment, leadership, math, and the ability to multitask.

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Lead by example and ensure your team follows all policy and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.
• Manage People, Operations, Sales, and Profits.
• May be asked to help at other locations near your chosen location.

• Great positive attitude
• High Energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently resides near the store location
