As a relatively new employee to Road Safe Traffic systems, and as someone who has never worked in the construction industry, I was immediately drawn to the opportunity for learning and growth that my position with Road Safe would afford me. Since being with the company, I have been given multiple projects to help improve communication and strengthen friendships among team members.

I also know that my desire to learn and improve my workplace is heard by my Branch and Operations Managers as they are continuously looking for more ways to help me grow. Since being a member of the Road Safe team, I have been impressed with the emphasis on safety within the company. Safety Moments start each meeting, Pre and Post checks keep vehicles in top working order and wearing PPE is mandated to keep each employee safe and ensures we all go home to our families at the end of the day.

I am excited to be part of the Road Safe team.

My experience at Road Safe Traffic Systems has been positive and rewarding. I enjoy learning about our materials, assisting customers, and working in a welcoming environment with supportive co-workers and management. Management is accessible, providing timely feedback and support. Safety is a priority, with the “Stop Work Authority” allowing employees to halt unsafe work without repercussions and regular safety meetings and videos keep everyone engaged in maintaining a safe workplace.
