Distinguished Ai Tech Lead, Initiatives

Experteer Overview   In this role you will architect and direct large-scale AI initiatives to solve real-world industrial problems, guiding AI architectures, data pipelines, and governance within a high-visibility program. You will partner across functions to translate use cases and user journeys into actionable AI roadmaps, ensuring feasible, compliant, and scalable solutions. You will shape technical standards, documentation, and best practices while advancing responsible AI in regulated industrial contexts.

This is a hands‑on leadership position that blends deep technical strategy with program management to deliver measurable impact.
Retribuzione / Benefits    Identify and mitigate technical risks, AI infrastructure bottlenecks, and scaling challenges across AI/ML concepts
Translate signals from emerging AI tech into actionable workflows and an integrated AI roadmap
Architect and drive AI technical programs across multiple functions with clear architectures, deployments and PM standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate AI use cases and user journeys into technical roadmaps and manage dependencies
Establish and manage a unified cadence for AI solution reviews, decision‑making, prioritization, alignment, and resource management
Maintain up-to‑date technical documentation, dashboards, and artifacts; develop repeatable frameworks and playbooks
Ensure AI initiatives comply with privacy, security, and responsible AI standards and regulations
Build strong relationships in a matrixed environment to guide portfolio goals, interdependencies, risk management
Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and clear communication across technical and non‑technical teams
Responsabilità    12+ years of AI technical program management experience with 5+ years leading large AI/ML initiatives
Strong abstraction skills and ability to convert bespoke AI strategies into reusable patterns
Extensive experience leading AI programs in highly regulated industries with recent large‑scale leadership
Hands‑on familiarity with modern AI paradigms (world models, foundation models, multi‑modal LLMs, agent‑based systems, retrieval/augmentation)
Experience in regulated domains such as industrial, IoT, manufacturing, energy, or asset‑intensive sectors
Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross‑functional and matrixed environments
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related field;
PhD preferred
