The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation and de‑preparation of gear for events, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for, properly maintained, and ready for use. This role requires close collaboration with the Asset Manager, Warehouse Technician, and Production Managers to maintain an efficient workflow while upholding the highest standards of organization, safety, and reliability.

- Coordinate and manage the preparation of equipment for outgoing events, ensuring all gear is checked, tested, and complete.
- Supervise the de‑preparation process, including returning, inspecting, and restocking equipment.
- Maintain accurate tracking of gear movement in collaboration with the Asset Manager.
- Schedule and lead meetings with Production Managers to review pull lists, ensuring all requirements are accurate and met.
- Plan and schedule labor as directed by the Asset Manager to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all equipment to ensure it is in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with the Asset Manager to address repair needs and minimize downtime.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring efficient execution of tasks.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to track inventory and address any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Support the Warehouse Technician in resolving technical issues during gear prep or deprep.
- Develop and implement workflows to optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensure that all processes comply with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Proactively identify and address issues related to equipment availability, condition, or logistics.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Oversee documentation related to inventory, maintenance, and operational procedures.
- Provide regular updates on warehouse operations to senior management.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Basic knowledge of event production equipment is preferred but not required.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
