General Dentist - Join DECA Dental Group. This role focuses on delivering exceptional care to patients and supporting the dental team. You’ll have training, tools, and resources to advance your career while making a difference in the community. The practice is clinician-founded and clinician-led, with an emphasis on growth, innovation, and learning.

We offer production-based compensation with ownership opportunities and potential for high income. This is a fast-growing practice with future potential for joint venture ownership at select retail locations.

• Provide general and cosmetic dental services to fee-for-service and PPO patients, including crowns, bridges, molar endodontics, Invisalign, and related procedures.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and ethics, building long-term guest and team relationships.
• Collaborate with a clinical advisory board and board-certified specialists to deliver comprehensive treatment.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and digital workflows, including iTero scanners where available, and contribute to case acceptance through robust online dashboards.
• Participate in a production-based compensation model with opportunities for ownership and growth, including potential joint venture ownership at select locations.

• Establish and grow long-term guest and team relationships.
• Provide comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry with a focus on quality care and ethics.
• Commit to ongoing clinical learning and collaboration with a team of doctors.
• Deliver high standards of professional practice and patient care.
