Heartland Dental is hiring an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (Restorative) for the Dental Care of Gorden Crossing office in Hendersonville, TN. The position offers a $2,000 welcome bonus, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

• Organize and maintain lab equipment and assist with restorative functions.
• Take and develop X‑rays and provide comprehensive post‑operative dental procedures.
• Record medical and dental histories and patient vital signs.
• Assist the dentist in managing dental emergencies and improving clinical skills through continuing education.
• Schedule and attend training sessions, including optional overnight travel every other month.

• Positive, outgoing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent patient care skills and strong organizational skills.
• Dental assisting school certificate is a plus.
• Previous work experience in a dental practice is a plus.
• Superior working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Good manual dexterity and computer proficiency.

Position is full‑time, located in Hendersonville, TN. Standard background checks and a TB test are required for all new hires.
