Assist in instructing students to improve skill levels and/or achieve competencies. Employee works with the instructor and students individually, and may help in small groups and in the full class setting to help facilitate effective student learning.

• Assist students in navigating online learning environments.
• Instruct students one-on-one.
• Assist faculty in helping students understand and respond to all coursework.
• Coordinate daily instructional strategy with faculty before class begins.
• Assist faculty in developing and maintaining student learning plans.
• Assist faculty in reviewing and grading student work, as needed.
• Assist faculty in contacting students with excessive absences.
• Organize and oversee peer-group lessons, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Credential instructor based upon discipline and course.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in instructional technology.
• Proficiency in subject matter.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
