Job Summary:

Tri Star Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking a primary care advanced practitioner to join an established primary care group located in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates:

Board Certified NP or PA
Tennessee licensure or eligibility to obtain
DEA with full prescriptive authority
Must have experience as an NP providing primary care to ages 5 and older
Ability to practice autonomously, experience with chronic disease management preferred
Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care

Practice Setting:

Established, well-managed practice
Join 2 established physicians and one PA in group
Schedule Monday - Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p
Outpatient only
