Construction Project Manager

Our client is a growing commercial GC.They have recently broken into the healthcare market and are looking to grow that sector. It is an organization with zero corporate politicswith direct line of contact with the principals.

Commercial or Healthcare Construction PM/SRPM. Will be responsible for managing and estimating multiplesub $1 million projects at a time. This is an organization with no corporate politics and this individual will manage multiple jobs from cradle to grave. Must not have an ego and be willing to dive in and do what it takes to get the job done.

The right individual will have the opportunity to become the new division manager in the near future.

This individual will be an ambassador to clients to attract new work.

10 + years as a commercial construction project manager.

A polished professional, positive, and highly energetic able to deal with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The successful candidate needs to be integrity driven. Must have good written and verbal communication skills and follow up on details while aggressively solving problems. Ultimately, someone who knows how to satisfy a client and ethically get results.
