Quality Auditor; 2nd shift

Quality Auditor – 2nd Shift – Gallatin, TN

Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (Weekdays)

Salary: $25.00 per hour ($23.50 + $1.50 shift differential)

• Conduct hourly audits on all assembly lines, ensuring adherence to assembly guidelines and standards.
• Perform final inspection dock audits to ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Monitor and verify all labeling, packaging, and barcodes.
• Train team members on quality processes, standards, and defect identification.
• Verify production scrap and ensure scrap process is being followed.
• Monitor, record, and report quality results.
• Properly identify non-conforming products in quality hold and SAP.
• Maintain and update production process standards.
• Follow all safety and environmental policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance testing procedures and theory.
• Reasonable corrected vision.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly, 50 pounds on occasion.
• Able to stand or walk for most of the day.
• Ability to distinguish color differences.
• Must have the ability to coach and teach others.
• Consistently demonstrates highest level of personal ethical conduct.
