Our products are found in large concrete projects including roads, bridges, parking garages, and more. We operate eleven manufacturing facilities across nine states.
ScheduleMonday‑Thursday 12‑hour shifts 7 am – 7 pm.
About YouThe candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical and analytical skills, great judgment, initiative, and the ability to work with complex machinery. Experience with machinery preferred.
Position Snapshot & ResponsibilitiesA machine operator is expected to understand equipment operation, identify and repair simple mechanical problems, and learn processes related to manufacturing steel wire products. To be successful in this role you will:
- Operate designated machinery to facility standards and production specifications.
- Perform quality checks according to ASTM standards.
- Conduct equipment inspections for proper operation and mechanical integrity.
- Assist in repair and maintenance of machines and facilities as required.
- Use computer systems to track and document daily production activity.
- Assist other operators as needed.
- Practice safe work habits to reduce risk, including adhering to PPE guidelines and safety standards.
- Work effectively within a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to complete simple forms and understand written instructions.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical processes and equipment function principles.
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
- Competitive base pay up to $25.00 per hour through Pay for Skills program.
- Bonus eligibility based on facility performance.
