Material Specialist - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 25.00/hour - Gallatin, TN

All Search Recruiting has a client that is a U.S.

-based manufacturer that produces premium truck bodies designed for landscaping, hauling, construction, equipment distribution, and agriculture. They are looking for a Material Specialist to join their team in Gallatin, TN. The Material Specialist will keep materials moving so each workstation has the right parts at the right time. Read prints/BOMs, kit components, run basic fabrication equipment, and support shipping/receiving to maintain production flow.

Shifts available include: 1st shift (6am - 2:30 pm) and 2nd shift (2:15 pm - 10:45 pm) available.

• Move, stage, and deliver materials between stations using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Receiving to schedule, check in, and route deliveries.
• Load and unload truck shipments safely and accurately.
• Review technical prints, shop drawings, and BOMs to confirm parts are built and kitted correctly.
• Manage inventory in storage racks: restock, rotate, and make high-demand items accessible; minimize scrap/waste.
• Prepare component stations on time so welding and downstream steps meet rate.
• Read and act on the production board to maintain factory flow and standard hours.
• Operate a press brake and CNC plasma table per work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Ability to read shop/technical drawings and BOMs.
• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC equipment and basic fabrication processes.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable working in hot/cold environments and outdoors as needed.

• Base salary in the 17.00 - 25.00/hour range
