American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU/CCU position requiring 3+ years of ICU/CCU experience and prior travel assignment history.
Details- Work in the ICU/CCU unit of a Level II trauma center hospital
- Serves patients of all ages
- 36 weekly guaranteed hours with a 7a-7p shift schedule
- Weekend requirement of every other weekend
- As needed call requirements
- As needed floating requirements
- Uses Meditech EMR
- Active RN license (TN or compact) required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, HWC, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Minimum 3 years of ICU and CCU experience required
- At least 2 completed travel assignments required
- Meditech EMR experience required
- Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to start date
- Provide critical care nursing services to ICU/CCU patients
- Professional, team-player attitude expected
- Scrubs of any color accepted as long as attire is professional and non-offensive
- Weekly orientation held on Mondays
- Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment
- Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
