Wash attendant starting pays at $15 an hour with quarterly bonuses and tip incentives. Our Assistant Manager salary is $47,500 plus quarterly bonuses and additional company insurance benefits. Levels of promotions are as follows:
Wash Attendant, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Director of Operations.
