Physician Assistant​/Dermatology​/Locum Tenens​/Nurse Practitioner

About the Role:
Join Skin and Aesthetics Center's growing team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in dermatologic care. This position offers diverse clinical experiences across our network of locations, working with both general dermatology and aesthetic procedures under physician supervision.

The successful candidate will be a licensed PA or NP with strong clinical skills and an interest in dermatology who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current state Physician Assistant license
• National certification by NCCPA
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dermatology or surgical experience strongly preferred
• Experience with aesthetic procedures and cosmetic dermatology
• Knowledge of Mohs surgery and dermatopathology
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive skin examinations and dermatologic assessments
• Diagnose and treat various dermatologic conditions across all age groups
• Execute minor surgical procedures including biopsies, excisions, and lesion removal
• Assist with Mohs surgery and complex dermatologic procedures
• Provide aesthetic treatments including injectables and laser procedures
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive skin care
• Travel between assigned practice locations as needed
• Collaborate with dermatologists on complex cases and treatment decisions

• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities in dermatology
• Proficiency in minor surgical procedures and aesthetic treatments
• Excellent patient communication and counseling skills
• Knowledge of dermatology medications and treatment protocols
• Experience with electronic health records and practice management systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the medical team
