Position: Physician / Family Practice / New Mexico / Locum tenens / Primary Care Family Physician / Internal Medicine / Med-Ped
Locums, Inc. is seeking Physicians board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medical, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics to provide Primary Care services at a government facility in Gallup, New Mexico. Providers will give both in-person and telemedicine care. All state and Federal licenses accepted at all government facilities. About the Opportunity:

- Primary Care Clinic includes providing diagnosis, treatment, medication prescription, immunizations, and injury care.

- Clinic hours are 7am 7pm, Monday through Sunday - 12-hour shifts, 4 days a week. Some Weekends and Holidays
- Period of performance: 6/1/21 to 6/30/21 with longer assignment time available
- Estimated 2-3 patients/hour
- Malpractice Insurance provided
- Travel, lodging, and per diem provided for non-local providers
- Position is a 1099 contract

Requirements:

- Active and unrestricted state or Federal license
- Valid Fitness for Duty Certificate from a physician - Current Vaccination/Immunization documentation
- Board-certified by ABFM, ABIM, and ABIM/ABP for Med-Ped
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
