Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted NM license
• Clean NM DEA (no current suits or unresolved cases)
• BE/BC
• Certification: ACLS
• NM Substance License
• Need to sign Death Certificate Form

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days;
Temp privileges are available.

Adult inpatient procedures;
Non-invasive vent management preferred
Volume: 15-21 patients per shift
Travel & Lodging provided
