Genesis in Gallup, NM seeks a Maintenance Director to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained surroundings for patients and residents. You will supervise the maintenance department, manage life safety systems, and coordinate with the Nursing Home Administrator to meet regulatory requirements.
The role requires hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVACR systems, plus prior supervisory experience. This is a full-time on-site position with on-call responsibilities seven days a week.
