Registered Nurse - General, travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting in Gallup, New Mexico. Start date 11/02/2026 for 10 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,115 to $1,177 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift 3x12 nights (19:00-07:30). This assignment is local only.

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents during night shifts, monitoring vitals and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation
• Perform assessments and document findings, communicating changes to the charge nurse and interdisciplinary team
• Maintain thorough, compliant charting in residents’ medical records and ensure timely updates
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and physicians to support individualized care plans
• Uphold safety, infection control, and emergency procedures as needed

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico
• CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work 3x12 night shift schedule (evening to early morning)
• Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
• Local candidate status for this assignment
