• Welcome customers, provide advice, sell, and recommend products while embodying GNC’s "Live Well" philosophy.
• Restock merchandise, maintain visual merchandising, fulfill online orders, and perform cleaning duties.
• Represent the GNC brand and promote the Live Well message.

• Greets and welcomes every customer, creating an inviting environment.
• Interact sincerely with customers to help them choose the right products based on their needs and your product knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders promptly and accurately in line with company guidelines.
• Expand product knowledge on nutritional, wellness, and fitness topics.
• Support store management with opening, closing, and day‑to‑day operations, including cash handling, inventory counts, deposits, and store appearance.
• Stand or walk up to eight hours a day; perform frequent reaching, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, and use computer up to 60% of the time.
• Work varied hours, including nights, mornings, peak business days, weekends, and U.S. holidays when the store is open.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Passion for customer service and a willingness to understand individual needs.
• Ability to work hour‑to‑hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and use a computer for a substantial portion of the shift.

• Part‑time hourly compensation ranging from $12.00/hr.
