We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restrooms, floors, and trash removal
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and perform related physical tasks
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
