A Scientific Games Sales Account Manager (SAM) represents the New Mexico Lottery and Scientific Games in retailer locations across the state. Responsibilities include recruiting new retailers, executing the 'Raise Them Right' program, supporting routes, and promoting lottery products and promotions. The role requires independence and minimal supervision.

• Drive new retailer recruitment and sales targets
• Conduct business reviews with decision makers
• Build rapport and analyze data to influence retail decisions
• Promote lottery products and develop retailer action plans
• Increase instant game portfolio and educate retailers and players
• Support assigned territories and participate in sales meetings

• Conduct promotions and interact with retailers and players
• Maintain inventory levels and provide POS materials
• Ensure proper product placement and equipment functioning
• Follow policies and document sales activities

• Identify potential retail locations
• Meet recruitment goals and present lottery benefits
• Manage the application process and train new retailers

• Train retailer staff on policies and procedures
• Educate customers and provide equipment training
• Follow the 'Raise Them Right' program

• Maintain integrity and professionalism
• Adhere to policies and ensure safety
• Complete training and perform additional duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Diplomatic and troubleshooting abilities
• Self-motivated with teamwork skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Lottery industry experience

2-5 years of related experience; ability to sit, stand, walk, and operate equipment; reasonable accommodations available.
