Commission-Based Sales Representative; Vave Virtual​/Divit

Divit Medical Billing Company, provides virtual assistants (VAs) and billing support to US physician practices. We are hiring commission-based sales representatives to book demos and close new practices.

• Compensation: Commission-only structure offering up to 20% commission on closed deals, plus recurring monthly residual payments.
• Focus:
  Orthopedic, podiatry, Dermatology, primary care, and obesity medicine practices

• Work warm leads we provide and prospect your own cold leads by phone, email, and Linked In.
• Run discovery calls and demos that address no-shows, open phones, authorization backlogs, and denials.
• Qualify each practice on specialty, EHR, staff size, and call volume, and log it in our CRM.
• Send approved proposals and guide practices to a signed agreement.
• Join a weekly pipeline review with the Managing Director.

• 2+ years of B2B sales selling to physician practices (billing, practice management, EHR, staffing, or similar).
• Proven record of booking meetings and closing deals, and comfort working on commission.
• Comfortable working both cold leads (your own prospecting) and warm leads we provide.
• Strong phone, email, and presentation skills; reliable internet and a US phone number.
• Willingness to use approved language on HIPAA, state privacy rules, and EHR compatibility.
• Preferred: existing relationships with practices in our target specialties.
